So excited to present the return of our Educational Series featuring coffee classes conducted by our Lead Trainer Hava!

Come and join us every other Monday.

First class is Monday September 07, 2026 6:00-8:00pm!

Classes will begin the class with an educational overview of coffee, covering topics such as coffee origin, processing methods, life on the farm, elevation, roasting, and how each of these factors influences a coffee’s flavor profile.

From there, we’ll move into a coffee cupping. Cupping is the industry-standard method for evaluating coffee, using a consistent protocol that allows us to objectively compare different coffees and identify their unique aromas, flavors, acidity, sweetness, body, and overall quality.

After cupping, we’ll explore a variety of brewing methods while discussing the principles of extraction and how different variables affect the final cup. We’ll cover espresso, pour-over, and drip, with opportunities to practice and taste the differences each method produces.

It should be a fun, interactive class with plenty of opportunities to ask questions, taste great coffee, and gain a deeper understanding of what makes each cup unique.
